Throughout the process, we will complete specific stages together, gather treatment offers, and prepare a detailed "TREATMENT REPORT" for you, helping you plan a safe dental treatment journey. If requested, we will then proceed to the treatment organization phase. The process we follow consists of the following stages:

Please fill out the Report Request Form available on our website. This form will allow us to receive your basic information and initiate the process.
Our goal is to help you create the most accurate treatment plan and make your decision-making process easier. If the information and documents you provide in the application form are sufficient for the doctors, no additional service is required. However, if the information is incomplete, a dental X-ray or CBCT scan may be requested to clarify the treatment plan.

Dental X-Ray

A dental X-ray is an essential diagnostic tool that detects cavities, infections, bone loss, and issues with tooth roots. However, X-ray images alone are not enough to fully assess your oral health. Details such as soft tissues and gum health can only be evaluated through a clinical examination.

Dental CBCT Scan (Cone Beam Computed Tomography)

A CBCT scan provides a detailed 3D view of your teeth and jaw structures, allowing for a more precise treatment plan. It is particularly useful for implant placement, jaw disorders, and advanced infections. These images greatly assist your dentist in refining your treatment process.

Partnered Imaging Centers

Our institution collaborates with accredited imaging centers across the UK. If necessary, we can refer you to the nearest center. CBCT scan prices vary depending on the center and the area to be scanned (lower jaw, upper jaw, or both). When scheduling your appointment, you will receive detailed information regarding pricing, scan area, and procedure duration.

The information provided in the application form, along with any additional documents such as X-rays or CBCT scans, is reviewed and prepared comprehensively.

The data shared with clinics is handled in compliance with legal regulations such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) to ensure data protection and confidentiality.
A list of suitable clinics is determined based on the client's needs and preferences. The selection criteria include:

Areas of expertise (e.g., implants, cosmetic dentistry, etc.)

Client priorities (budget, treatment duration, location, etc.)

A file containing the necessary details about the client's case is sent to the selected clinics.

Treatment plans and cost estimates are requested from the clinics.
The treatment plans and cost estimates received from the clinics are carefully reviewed.

All feedback, including proposed treatment options and associated costs, is compiled for further evaluation.

The collected information is organized to ensure a clear comparison between the clinics' offers.
The treatment offers and cost estimates from the clinics are compared based on key criteria such as treatment type, duration, cost, and any additional services included.

A detailed report is prepared, highlighting the pros and cons of each clinic’s offer to assist in making an informed decision.

The final report, known as the "TREATMENT REPORT", is provided to the client for review.
The client reviews the "TREATMENT REPORT", which includes a comparison of all available offers, and makes an informed decision regarding their preferred treatment and clinic.

Once the decision is made, the treatment plan is finalized, and the client is informed about the next steps in the process.

Once this stage is completed, the Treatment Offer Report preparation service ends. After the report, an evaluation process will be initiated. Once this process is complete, we will contact you to determine if you have selected a clinic. If you have made a clinic selection, the organization phase will begin. You can choose to handle the required arrangements yourself or request that we manage them for you.

Appointment Confirmations: An appointment is scheduled for the client at the selected clinic

Travel Arrangements: The client's international travel is organized. This includes:

Arranging flight tickets, accommodation, and transfer services.

Communicating travel details to the client.

Treatment Process Information: The client is provided with information about the treatment process, important considerations, and potential situations they may encounter during their travel.
Initiation of Treatment

The selected clinic is contacted, and your treatment begins.

Communication is maintained with you from the start of the process.

Providing Necessary Support

If any issues arise during your treatment, additional support will be provided immediately.
Follow-up and Warranty Process

We will inform you about the necessary follow-up checks covered under the warranty, based on the data provided by the clinic. If any issues arise during your recovery or within the warranty coverage, we will immediately intervene and manage the process.

Feedback Collection

We will contact you to assess your satisfaction level and collect feedback about the overall process.
The treatment plans and cost estimates received from the clinics are carefully reviewed.

All feedback, including proposed treatment options and associated costs, is compiled for further evaluation.
